How fast can you turn a blade around?
24-hour turnaround is available on qualifying orders. Everything is machined in house at our shop in Pinehurst, Texas, which is what makes a same-day part possible instead of a lead time and a hope.
Tell us when you need it on the quote form and we will confirm the date with the price.
What if I don’t have a drawing?
A print, a sample, or a phone photo of the worn part is enough. We work from what you have.
The quote form asks for the dimensions field by field — length, width, thickness, hole or slot positions — and takes photos and drawings as attachments.
What materials do you machine?
UHMW, HDPE, cast nylon and other engineering plastics, cut from solid stock.
Scraper Blades USA is a division of Highland Plastics, Inc., which is why the material for your part is usually already on the rack rather than on order.
Which industries do you supply?
Wastewater treatment, food processing, oil and gas, and mining — places where reliability is not optional and downtime is measured in money.
Do you make one-off parts, or only production runs?
Both. A single replacement blade, a fully custom part, or a repeat run — the shop is set up for all three.
What do you need from me to quote?
Blade type — a hole pattern, a slot pattern, a plain blank, or something else entirely. Material and grade, quantity, length, width and thickness. The hole or slot pattern with positions measured from the left datum. The edge style and its angles. Any drawing or photo you have.
If one of those numbers is unknown, say so in the notes rather than guessing — we would rather ask than machine the wrong part.
Can you match a blade you have never seen before?
Yes. Send the worn part or its print and we will work out the geometry from it. Most of what we make replaces something that has already done a shift.
Do you ship outside Texas?
Yes — parts ship nationwide from Pinehurst.

How long have you been making these?
35 years. The company is family built and American made, and a good share of our work comes from customers who have been calling us for most of that time.
